1) My biggest challenge today was building the newspaper shelter and what happened was that we got disqualified because we couldn't finish the shelter but actually it fell down and didn't get back together.
2) How I overcame with this challenge was that once our shelter fell we tried to put it all together but it didn't work.
3) What I would do differently next time is that I would plan out my diagram and then start building my shelter/fort.
4) I think yesterday was a better day for me because it was very fun and it was fun yesterday with building the catapult and I felt very comfortable with my group where I sit and not with a new group.
5) My goals for tomorrow will be that if we are doing anything artistic or even work for suppose I will do a rough draft and I will sketch it out.
There are a lot of ideas here! First off, I know how hard you guys tried to keep that structure from falling apart, so kudos to you!
ReplyDeleteHowever, reflect on what was so different between yesterday and today.Lack of communication? Lack of comfort? I encourage you to reflect, and see what you can do next time. How was the leadership different, or how were your team mates different? I can work with you to come up with strategies to work in a group that you've haven't worked with, or don't necessarily feel comfortable with.
Nice goal! It's nice that you have a specific goal instead of "My goal would be to work harder". From the last two activities, what did you learn about yourself? Or learn about in general. Keep pushing!
